Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats upon request. Please specify the age and size of the child when booking to ensure we provide the appropriate safety seat. Additional charges may apply.
Are your vehicles inspected regularly?
All our vehicles undergo rigorous inspections and maintenance checks.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Are gratuities included in the price?
Gratuities are not included in our base rates. While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary to tip 15-20% for excellent service. You can add the gratuity at the time of booking or provide it directly to your chauffeur.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your refund depends on how early you cancel before your scheduled pickup time:
- More than 24 hours: 100% refund
- 12-24 hours: 60% refund
- 6-12 hours: 40% refund
- 1-6 hours: 20% refund
- Less than 1 hour: No refund
To cancel, contact us through Whatsapp or by email with our contact us form.
Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time and adjust pick-up times accordingly at no additional charge. Our chauffeurs will wait for you even if your flight is delayed.

Yes, we can accommodate groups of any size through our fleet of vehicles and network of trusted partners. For large groups, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

What is your policy on lost items?
